description
DRAWER FOR MANUFACTURING MATERIAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The technical solution relates to an arrangement of a wheelbarrow for manually transporting smaller loads, in particular of bulk material and materials of greater weight, such as e.g. Sand, gravel, bricks and the like.
STATE OF THE ART
The wheelbarrow is a well known device for transferring bulk goods and articles of greater weight such as e.g. Sand, gravel, concrete, bricks, etc. This device has been one of the important inventions in the past because it can be used on short distances, e.g. on a construction site, unlike the car drawn with animals could be used practically everywhere. Although the wheelbarrow was not as heavy as a big drawing car, it still could carry more than man. Originally it was made of wood, later steel pipes and sheet metal were used. It is known that the user often has to expend great force in shifting material of greater weight, as the conveyed material acts with its weight against the movement of the wheelbarrow. To facilitate the work, various wheelbarrows have been developed with a motor-driven wheel, which have been described in numerous patents, e.g. in the following documents: European Patent Application 0 930 212, US Pat. No. 2,253,288 A, German Patent Applications DE 40 30 879, DE 31 33 922, Slovenian Patent S1 22249, utility model CZ-U 19511, German Utility Model DE 20 2004 006 342, US Pat. No. 6,470,981, Japanese patent application JP 11245821, Swiss patent CH 657 335, Austrian patent AT 389 280, patent US 3,791,470, US 5,489,000, US 5,211,254, Australian patent AU 5339163, French patent applications FR 21 27 402 and FR 21 91 513 and others In these embodiments, a combustion or electric motor is usually attached to the frame of the wheelbarrow, from which the transmission of the torque to the driven wheel by means of a chain or a belt. These solutions have no fixed connection of the impeller with the electric motor according to the requirements of the operator and no easing of this connection.
CORE OF TECHNICAL SOLUTION
The subject of this technical solution is an arrangement of the wheelbarrow, which at least partially eliminates the disadvantages of existing designs of the wheel drive.
The present technical solution is a wheelbarrow for the manual conveyance of material, in particular of bulk material and objects of greater weight, e.g. Sand, gravel, bricks, etc., which is based on the principle of the lever and the wheel and comprises at least one motor-driven impeller mounted on the fixed support frame of the wheelbarrow and provided with handles and supports, the box being fixed to the support frame , The essence of this technical solution is that the engine of the wheelbarrow with the arranged in the wheel axle electric motor is a unit. It is worked in two operating regimes of the wheelbarrow: Either with firm connection of the impeller with the rotor of the electric motor or with a relaxation of this connection. The advantage of attaching the motor in the wheel axle is u.a. in the fact that the force on the operating handles of the wheelbarrow when conveying the materials need not be increased.
In the axis of the impeller, the electric motor can be mounted together with the gearbox. The gearbox is not necessary when a multipolar electric motor is used. The means for the fixed connection or for loosening the connection of the impeller and rotor of the electric motor can be formed by a freewheel consisting of a spring with windings, the is located between the housing of the electric motor and the outer ring gear of the gearbox. There, the inner surface of the box is provided with pressed profiles, which are slightly inclined on one side and steeper on the other side. The steep walls lean against the ends of the spring when the impeller locks. When loosening the impeller they slide slightly inclined depending on the revolutions of the impeller and the electric motor on the side of the pressed profiles. The activated freewheel is suitable when driving on one level or when driving downhill, as the engine is overhauled without resistance.
In another application, the fixed connection of the impeller and the electric motor or their relaxation can be made by a sliding pin with a control lever. In this case, the sliding pin passes through the housing of the electric motor and engages in the functional state of a fixed connection of the impeller with the electric motor in the opening of the outer ring gear of the gear box. The wheelbarrow with its load is effectively decelerated when driving downhill in this operating regime of recuperation and at the same time their battery is charged.
The electric motor can be mounted in a tube between two fixed end faces in the box, the side pins are adapted for attachment to the support frame, wherein the pinion of the electric motor is connected by the gear box with a rotatable hub. The gearbox is formed in one of the embodiments of this technical solution by a planetary gear, which is mounted together with the centering elements in the housing of the electric motor. In an alternative embodiment, the gearbox is equipped with a worm gear. The power source of the electric motor is attached to the wheelbarrow in the area below the box. The driven wheel is advantageously mounted in the center of gravity of the wheelbarrow. Thus, less force on the operating handles of the wheelbarrow is necessary and you can work with larger loads.
PICTURES - OVERVIEW
The technical solution is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the following detailed description. Fig. 1 contains the axonometric view of the wheelbarrow from the lower side, where in the axis of the driven wheel of the electric motor is arranged. The attachment of the battery can be seen under the box of the wheelbarrow. Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the electric motor in the axis of the driven wheel. Fig. 3 shows the attachment of the battery. Fig. 4 shows the side view of the wheelbarrow according to this technical solution. In Fig. 5 and 6, the planetary gear for the transmission of torque from the engine is shown on the wheel. The ring gear is firmly connected to the rotor at this point. Here the rim is attached with the appropriate tire. Fig. 7 shows the electric motor and the driven wheel of the wheelbarrow.
EXAMPLES OF THE TECHNICAL SOLUTION
A wheelbarrow for manually conveying material (in particular bulk material and articles of greater weight) such as e.g. Sand, gravel, bricks, etc., uses the well-known lever-and-wheel principle. It comprises a driven by a motor impeller 1, which is fixed to the fixed support frame 2, on which also handles 3 and supports 4 of the wheelbarrow are provided. On the support frame 2, the box 5 is mounted for storage of the materials to be transported. The drive motor of the wheelbarrow is a DC electric motor 6, which is positioned in the axis of the impeller 1 so that its weight lies on this axis 1. The permanent magnet DC electric motor 6 is fed from a feed source 7, e.g. is formed by a gel accumulator 12V (attached to the wheelbarrow in the area below the box 5 - see Fig. 3 and 4).
The electric motor 6 is mounted in a tube 8 between two fixed end faces 9, 10 in a housing 5, the side journals reach outwardly and for attachment to 2/6 Austrian Patent Office AT13 275U1 2013-09-15 the support frame 2 of the wheelbarrow 2 are adjusted. The pinion 11 of the electric motor 6 is connected by the gear box 12 with the hub 13 or rim of the impeller 1, whereby the transmission of torque from the fixed electric motor 6 is carried on the turntable or rim of the impeller 1. The gearbox 12 consists of a conventional planetary gear or worm gear, which is mounted together with the centering elements 14 on the housing 15 of the electric motor 6. The gear box consists of two plastic gears, two steel pinions and two steel gears, these components through which the power or torque 6 of the motor is transmitted to the outer steel ring gear 17, which is already part of the rotor. The wheels of the gear box 12 are located between the end face 10 of the electric motor 6 and the end face 16 of the gear box 12 (consisting of light alloy). The attachment of the wheels of the gear box 12 takes place on the steel shafts or on the bearings. The fixed end face 16 of the gear box 12 is detachably secured to the end face 10 of the motor 6 by means of clamping segments. The rotor of the motor 6 is located on the bearings, which rotate on the end face of the motor 6 and on the end face of the gear box 12. The gearbox 12 further includes the freewheel bearings for easy travel without drive. The operation for turning on and off the engine 6 and its freewheel is in the rotatable handles of the wheelbarrow handle 3, which is not shown in the figures (similar to, for example, bicycles). The driven wheel 1 of the wheelbarrow is arranged in the center of gravity of the wheelbarrow to facilitate the transport of the materials.
The user of the wheelbarrow can choose between the on-freewheel and recuperation. The freewheel is suitable for on-the-plane driving or for descending a gentle slope because it allows to move faster than the motor 6 without resistance. The wheelbarrow is constructed so that in the area between the housing 15 of the electric motor and the surface of the outer steel ring gear 17 inclined to this housing, the steel spring 18 is mounted with two to three windings serving as the freewheel. In the direction of rotation of the impeller 1, it is locked when the box (housing) 15 with the wheel 1 of the wheelbarrow mounted thereon rotates slower than the electric motor 6 and the torque from the outer ring gear 17 is transferred to the box 15 and the wheel 1 of the wheelbarrow , In this position, the ends of the spring 18 are based on pressed profiles on an inner wall of the housing 15. On one side, the walls of these pressed profiles are steep in the radial direction and slightly inclined on the other side. However, when the impeller 1 and the box 15 rotate faster, the spring 18 of the freewheel loosens. As a result, the impeller 1 can rotate faster than the electric motor 6 and a "overtake". without resistance is possible.
If the wheelbarrow used in the loaded state when driving downhill, so you can work advantageously with recuperation. This operating regime is switched on by means of a control lever 19 connected to a pin, which passes through the housing 15. By a half turn of the operating lever 19 by 90 °, the pin 20 is pushed inwardly into the housing 15 in an opening in the interior of the ring gear 17. Thus, the outer ring gear 17 is firmly connected to the box. Thereby a continuous transmission of the torque is ensured - regardless of whether the outer ring gear 17 rotates faster than the housing 15 or vice versa. When driving downhill so the impeller 1 can not overtake the engine 6, but must drive it. This creates a braking effect and at the same time the electric motor 6 operates in the recuperation regime. It generates electricity that is supplied to the battery with the correct polarity as charging current. The wheelbarrow with its load is effectively decelerated in this functional mode of recuperation and at the same time the battery is charged. 3.6
